HOW TO DOWNLOAD FLASH TECHNOLOGY 9.0
To view www.MyStudyHall.com
correctly, you will need to download Adobe Flash Player 9.0 on your
computer.
1. Click on the
following "Adobe" link to download the latest version of the flash
plug-in
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash .
2. This will
send you to the Adobe website. From there click the checkbox to the left of the
words "Yahoo Toolbar" (there should be no checkmark now). If
you do not have a Yahoo Toolbar option, disregard the previous instruction.
3. Select
"Install Now."
4. Wait a few
seconds and you should see an image and a message stating “Adobe Flash Player
Successfully Installed.”
TESTING TO SEE IF MY STUDY HALL.COM
WORKS CORRECTLY
1. Go to www.mystudyhall.com.
2. Click on
"Take Our Interactive Tour" on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Beneath
"Lesson Navigation," click the link which says "Sample
Lesson" (right under "Prepositions").
4. When the
page opens up, scroll down and verify that the "rainbow" animation
works; the bird should fly over the rainbow when you click twice very quickly
under the sentence which contains a prepositional phrase.
5. Scroll down
further and make sure you can hear the audio clip when you click the
"Play" button twice.
6. Scroll a little
further and check to be sure that the Preposition Chart is visible.
If Flash 9.0 works on this Sample Lesson, you should
be able to view the rest of the lessons without any problem.
