Troubleshooting mystudyhall.com - Graphics do not show up and Audio Player does not work

 

 

 

Step 1. Check your version of Internet Explorer.

 

1) Open Internet Explorer. The www.mystudyhall.com Home Page should have a rotating banner of pictures as shown below.

 

 

 

2) Click on “Help” on the menu bar at the top of the browser.

 

 

 

3) Click on “About Internet Explorer”.

 

 

 

 

 

4) The version should be 6.0 or greater.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2. Check security settings in Internet Explorer.

 

1) Open Internet Explorer. If the security settings are set too high, you may see the screen below. (There are no pictures above “WELCOME TO MYSTUDYHALL.COM”, just a message saying that JavaScript must be enabled to use this site.)

 

 

2) Click on “Tools” on the menu bar.

 

3) Click on “Internet Options”. Then click on the “Security” tab in the Internet Options window.

 

4) Click on the “Default Level” button and then drag the Security Level bar to the “Medium” setting.

 

 

5) Click the “OK” button and close Internet Explorer.

 

6) Re-open Internet Explorer and try the site again.

 

 

Step 3. Make sure you have the latest version of Flash.

1) If Flash 9.0, or later, is not loaded on your computer, you may see the following screen.  (There are no pictures above “WELCOME TO MYSTUDYHALL.COM”, just a message saying that an old version of the Flash plug-in was detected.)

 

2) If you see this screen, click on the blue “here” to download the Flash plug-in.

3) If you do not see this screen, go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash to download the latest version of the Flash plug-in.

4) Follow the directions for downloading and installing Flash.

5) Re-open Internet Explorer and try the site again.
